| Introduction – AIDA 1 Discover Freediving
½ day – Up to 10m. AIDA 1 is an entry-level experience designed for beginners curious about freediving. The course introduces fundamental breath-hold techniques, relaxation, equalisation basics, and safe water practices, with in-water training conducted to depths of up to 10 metres. | Beginner – AIDA 2
2 or 3 days – Up to 20m. AIDA 2 is the core certification for recreational freedivers. This course develops solid foundations in static, dynamic, and depth disciplines, with training conducted to depths of up to 20 metres, while teaching essential safety procedures, buddy protocols, and rescue skills.
